I have yet to receive my winter issue of the magazine. I've checked my account, Customer number: [Removed for privacy] the subscription expires in Spring of 2023 and I still have 4 issues remaining. This seems to me that I should have gotten the winter issue, I usually get mine with in two weeks after...Last edited by AlexG; 12-02-2021, 10:06 AM.

I had reverse shoulder surgery almost two and half years ago. The first little while is bad, a lot of discomfort but I am really glad I had it done. I went from a spoon full of cereal being to heavy to lift to my mouth to almost full strength recovery. The physical therapy is really important, just...

That is a very eyecatching display. The birdhouses are great and the stand very cool. Is the stand available from artcrafters?
If so I would like to get a couple from you.
Thanks

I think thats a great idea. I am a big fan of books but I hate to break the back just to have a pattern. That will eventually destroy the book. If I'd paid in the neighborhood of $20 or more I resent the need to do this for a pattern or set of patterns I've already paid for. If the book is good and...

I used plain old ordinary white glue (like the white glue you used for school projects) over the blue tape. I been doing it this way for about 8 or 9 years with no problems except getting it on my fingers from time to time. It works well for me. Spray glues don't work for me there is always overspray...

I would give you $150 but then I'm cheap, but I really like dragons. Where did you get the pattern I'm up for a challenge other than puzzles?

The plastic trays from frozen or prepackaged meals are handy from small parts or holding puzzle pieces while cutting and various finishing processes. Even better when they have lids for puzzles.

just returned to my shop after breaking my wrist and then having shoulder surgry involving an 8 month layoff. I had some scrap pieces with blue painters tape still on them. I was able to remove it with no residue prolbems. The main problem was getting a hold of the edge off the tape to peel it off....

It is more money than you mentioned but if you want a really good bandsaw nothing beats the Laguna 14" saw. If you can the 14"SUV is fantastic. With good blades it can do just about any thing you want it to with no problems. There are some sales going on now so you can probably get a good...

Rolf,
I don't use the Mac mop but the other sanding mop and yes it does a good job of launching small parts. I have a large box in back of the drill press with some cotton batting that catches most of the launched pieces. Occassionally a piece will ricochet but most get caught and are easy to...

A Carter "Stabilizer" will give support to the blade and allow some very tight turns with and 1/8th inch blade if you want to continue cutting birdhouses on a bandsaw.
