cut paper sandwich
I use BB 1/8 ply from the scrap pile . Glue pattern to the wood brad nail the 4 corners drill hole s and go for it . Blade tension does have to be right or you will get that side play that you don t want . here are some pictures of me paper...

Paper cutter
I cut paper as well as corin plastic etc.FOr my paper cuts I use a Olson # 2 blade and can cut 21 sheets of card stock at once ,

about Angel / contact
The back is left plain as the sides are also. Need to figure out a good way to paint that so it doesn 't take away from the front

contact paper
Made these from 1/8 birch and covered them with contact paper before I CUT STACK CUT 4 AT TIME WITH OLSON # 2 BLADE 1200 RPM

Just looked and I am cutting 1/4 popular for the sled ornament and spped is 1200 with a 2/0 blade.

mag and painting answer
Yes to the question about the other Mag. \ I left the body of the sled natural some I did with golden oak stain . As for the runners they are all painted Shinny Gold that coated with Gold glider spray . Thanks to all for your comments...

Holiday Sleds
Sleds just finished the small is the pattern size which is about 1 1/2 tall by 4 long The big one is about 3" tall with runners about 12 long Cut from
1/4 popular using a olson # 5 blade
Makes for very nice gift or center piece for table Jerry...

new Ornament
well all the painted deer ornament is on way to Calif. All 100 of them .Now moved on to this one
1/4 popular and little time Snowman is from Tom Zeig patterns for Christmas taken down in size and made for sled the others are from

time
right at thirty min after printing pattern and gluing om wood paint time was less than twenty and cut time was right at thirty cut four at a time using olson # 2 blade
