I have the EX-30 and really like it. The only issue I have with it (and it may be operator error) is the blade keeps slipping form the lower holder. Other than that it cuts very smooth with very little to no vibration. I have never tried the Hegner so I am not sure how they compare.Last edited by Dchatley; 09-03-2010, 02:25 PM.

I would love to take a class if you ever make it to Reno,Nv.
I had no idea that woodcraft made the instructor provide the materials in the fee.

The best reason for at least the patterns being on a cd is if the pattern is larger than 8" x 10" you can still make a copy easy.
When the patterns are too large you are stuck making copies at a print store or taking them to get them reduced prior to scanning.

No copy of the magazine here yet.
I think Carson City must be still using the Pony Express to deliver magazines as I rarely even get the magazine by the "drop dead" date for the bulk mail.

Woodcraft has the EX-21 on sale as others have mentioned.
But I am wanting to get the 30" model so I asked the store in Reno,Nv if they could get the EX-30 in.
I finally heard back from them and was told they can get the 30" and until the end of June the price is $929.00...

You could always try to get a Used saw. I have seen Dewalts for $250 on Craigslist. Just a thought.
