    Prime And Paint Question

I have just finished 28 ginger-bread outdoor corner-posts decorations, for our veranda. The wood is 3/4 inch thick laminated pine. The design is quite intricate. Two sides of the triangle are 10' and 12'.

I need to paint these white. I dont have any painting experience but doing these...

Many thanks Moose for the info.

I've been turning out a whole mess of ginger-bread trim and it's kept me pretty busy since this winter. But it's coming to an end and I'm almost finished. Looking forward to doing a few short, fun things.

    I'm going fishing...

    Canadian suppliers

    Hi all
Just wondering if any of my fellow Canadian sawdust makers could recommend a Canadian supplier for all kinds of wood that we normally use in our Scrollsawing. I just want to compar prices and delivery costs.

    I'm in the south-west part of Nova-Scotia....

Thank you Rivary and Jim for the quick replies. I'll check to see if my Dewalt has that option and Jim's quick fix looks like it could solve my problem.

    Many thanks,

    Spiral blades

I've been practicing with some spiral blades. I prefer the #3 to the #5. But I seem to have more trouble securing the spiral blade to the bottom attachment than I do other blades. I'm a top feeder. Any comments from those of you who use these spiral blades.

    Spiral Blades

    Hi Moose(?)

    I' trying 3's and 5's.

I'm encouraged by what I'm hearing about the Spiral blades. I wont give up yet. The potential seems good. So I'm going to hang in there.

I'm new to scrolling and was excited about using spiral blades. They seemed to make a lot of sense until I ordered some from Mike, (FD) and did a few practice cuts, "Whoe there Nellie"!!!... I was starting to be proud of being able to follow a line with the regular blades and then...
