Any of you guys collectors? I have several silver dollars in cellophane that have developed small black spots on the coin. Don't know whether this will get worse if I leave them in the packaging. -

This is about as off topic as it gets...
My Father-in-Law has given me two large boxes of coins. Some in cellophane 'bags' others in plastic cases. I need to determine what everything is worth but don't know where to start.
Also, how to best protect the value of the collection... -

Thanks for the info tgiro, et al. I found an inexpensive chisel set at Amazon made using HSS which includes the type you mentioned. I also ordered a 3-piece caliper set.

First, advice for shipping it to you is out of the questions! Nice try, though.

Accurate Saw Table Angles
I don't think I've seen a post on this but if I missed it, sorry.
I recently read a SWWC project article that called for setting the table to something like 2.3 degrees. My first thought was "No way can I get it that accurate without an expensive angle measuring device".... -
Check your local school and inquire about after-school programs that might be able to use them. We have a robotics club here that might be able to use them. Maybe you have a similar club in your area.Leave a comment:

That's good to know and I figured as much. However, the Google Chrome alert doesn't provide any way of accessing the site. Is there some setting in Google that I can set to indicate the site is okay? I clicked the link on Bob's message and still get the phishing alert.

I thought I'd try to make some wooden fishing lures and googled for wood carving sites. Woodcarving Illustrated - How To Magazine for Carvers is one that I found but Google Chrome says it's a known phishing site. Anyone have any info on this URL? or in making fishing lures? -
Here's another way.
1. With the image selected, click menu item Object and then Transform.
2. In the resulting dialog box, select the Scale tab.
3. Enter the scale (e.g., 200) in either Width or Height box.
4. Check the Scale Proportionally box.
5. Click the Apply...Leave a comment:
