Weird, I don't think my last reply took....and I don't remember what I wrote.
I did abandon that first project and went with one that I can use the pin style blades for.
Went down to WoodCraft today, they this DELTA saw for 120 bucks cheaper, very limited and it is pinless....
6 results in 0.0126 seconds.

Crap, was afraid of that. I bought this one for 30 bucks off of craigslist. Guess I should look for a design more pin blade friendly?Leave a comment:

Need advice
Hello all, so I started with this as my first pattern Do Not Disturb Door Hanger Scroll Pattern
I've cut out the circle, the 3 leaf clover and the NO but how do I drill a hole small enough to get a small enough blade in there? The pin style blades add extra width.

Another probably stupid question. I get the template on and I drill small holes in between the cut outs to where the blade needs to go to cut out a pattern?

Just joined up, trying to read up as much as possible. Bought a 16 in Ryobi scroll saw off of CL for 30 bucks. I've wanted to try this for quite some time so figure for finding one for so cheap I'd try it out.
I'm sure this is a common, easy question but for the patterns, is it as simple...
