my friend loved it, so did many others , now I have orders for more and the firefighter clock too, I haven't made that one yet, also a custom one with a guys army unit logos in them, looks like im busy again, but not a bad thing

cop clock
just finished this up for a friend who is retiring from the police force, its a sue mey design, its much lighter than the picture , used 1/2 inch Baltic birch plywood with an 1/8 inch dark plywood backer, the only finish I used was a clear satin poly...

the other sign i got done ,

treadle scroll saw
haven't posted anything in a while, the snow was too deep to get into my shop, but I did finally get to finish this winter project, maybe that's why winter hung on so long in nw pennsylvania, thought it would be fun to take this to some of the outdoor shows I do, everything was made from , 3/4, 1/2,...

the font is called jfwildwood, I did a search with the words tree branch fonts, there were a lot that came up but I liked this one the best

camp sign
found an interesting font to work with, used it to make this sign for a camp, cut it on 1 inch pine, due to it being so fragile I backed it with 1/8 inch plywood, put 6 coats of clear poly on it , since it will be hung out in the north west pa weather, which recent years show us its mostly snow and...

I made the patterns for the service name ornaments , I used paint in windows , then had to connect and bridge all the letters

military ornaments
been busy in the shop this week, working on ornaments, I was asked for ones with the names of the services, I did the army navy marines and air force in paint on the computer, the marine plaques and globe and anchor I got from steve good"s site...

masonic ornaments
I haven't been able to get out in the shop as much as id like, but that's changing, I just finished up these ornaments, it was a fun project , the pictures aren't near as good as the actual pieces

ive had 2 of them, pros, the cut great, cons, parts wear out break quickly, some are easy to get, others are discontinued and cant be found, like the lower arm, a very important part of the saw, if you buy one, buy a lot of replacement blade clamps and tensioners, they wear out and break fast
