Still making saw dust friend, haven't turned much on the lathe lately though, the woodshop is constantly competing with my bike and the new parts I seem to be adding weekly.

    Thanks for the kind words.

I'm not to vocal on here but I do lurk almost daily, I'm almost surprised anyone actually remembers me on here.

Well stated Neal, I have been a silent lurker for a long time now but your words were worth coming out and commenting on. From some of the stuff I have been reading in other threads it seems like we have to go through this every year. Well back to the garage, I think I got some sawdust on my bike.

Oh yeah, my CNC router...well I have to admit I have secretly been hiding in the closet building one of those, further I have been seeking out designs in which I can replicate and call my own work.

Kitty litter bike?? Barry what are you smoking down there brother?

    Yes I am still alive

Well we have roughly one month left before the snow starts flying and with that I got out and put my woodshop back in order. I don't do much woodworking in the summer because it pains me to be inside when we have such a short warm season. None the less I ridded the shop of all the cobwebs and dust that...

    HD Night Train

I told some folks I'd post pics of the new bike so here they are. Unfortunately I don't have any more recent than this and I have done some major mods since these were taken. None the less here is my boy "Felix" I named my bike after a good friend who didn't make it home with us from Iraq....

I went through the MC safety course this spring and it was well worth it. I rode years ago and thought I knew it all but the course was a great reminder. Myself I bought a new bike over the winter...yeah I'll post pics, I got a 2008 Softail Nightrain but I'll save that for a seperate thread.

I've been thawed out long enough to know what I see, thanks for the invite to further banter the worth of the man's cookie cutter. I'll steal your words and quote "Can't paint, draw, carve..." perhaps that's what gravitates you to the new toy out there. For me I'd just rather make a thousand...

    Yup, yup!

Mom's kick butt, both my wife and my own Mom are top notch and deserving of more than one day a year. I was told long ago "the best way to show me you love and appreciate me is to grow up and be a law abiding respectful gentleman"...sorry Mom I tried and the most I...

Wow I think I have been upstaged. Those that have seen my shop give me a bit of ribbing over the cleanliness but I think you have me beat by far. Great shop and nice cuttings, and now I bow down and celebrate your superior Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
