If stained do you do it before glueing or after also how do make sure all the small fretwork (Small holes scrolled out) pieces get stained? I did some slays back around Christmas and the only way I could get stain to the inside cuts was to dip the project, but something at this size I don't know how...

From all sorts of things. Like pictures, plaques, and clocks. If this stuff does not work I might just have to go with the more expensive hardwood way. Any idea on what the best prices online are?

If purchased it will be from Plywood - Small Pieces of Plywood For the Scroll Saw Enthusiast . Wildwood has some Veneer core. Scrolling MDF Core plywoods?
I am thinking about purchasing some Oak plywood with a MDF Core. What will be the disadvantages of scrolling this type of wood?

Is there any cutting guides I can use. I tried the free hand and ya not that great. I did one with a template above it and it turned out nicely. I got some different templates for different photos sizes, but it would be nice if there were more out there for different styles of pieces.

1. Are all the pieces the same size or close or do you guys make the pieces all different sizes?
2. For the pieces it self when not following...
