There may be others places but the only branding irons I've run across with interchangeable letters like you would need were at Branding Irons Unlimited and they were not cheap ... would make the price of a CNC or Laser seem worth the difference.

Well, I just signed up - and made myself another note reminding me to order your books the next time the eagle flies in a couple of weeks. Really getting antsy to try making a bowl or two your way.

I voted for 24 - guess I'm just used to it. In amateur radio we use UTC to log all activities and it didn't take that long to make the switch to thinking in those terms ...

Thanks to Jim_Mex for making these possible!
Thanks to Jim_Mex for his tutorials on how to use Inkscape I learned how to make a clock face, among other things. Sure wish I had found it before I wasted the money on the useless clock face CD, and lame clock insert kits, I bought from Klockit!!! Now we can get all of our clock inserts from The Wooden...

The 3M77 glue was good but I had a little more problem getting the patterns off when glued directly to the wood - but held tight when the pattern was glued...

Don't know if this info will help or not, but, Brio's US distributor is K'NEX - you might contact them at "http://www.knex.com/About_KNEX/Contact.php" to see about getting replacement parts, both the wheels and magnets. If they can't help, you can contact Brio headquarters at [email protected]...

Trouble - I have settled on using the Flying Dutchman blades after trying just about everything. I get mine from The Wooden Teddy Bear instead of from Mike directly because you can mix and match across different styles and sizes when ordering a gross to get the best price (trust me - you WILL use all...
