    Kuo Yee,

I think you deserve the Blue Ribbon that John T. spoke of on the making of the chess set. Its beautiful and I hope it helped in the grieving process.

    Phil,
Thanks for the welcome back. I have the kitchen scale, but I have never played with dyes on wood before and wouldn't want to mess the real one up. I could play with that on the practice one at a later time. Thanks.

    Plain_ol_Ed,
Thanks for the comment, I was beginning to wonder if it was just me having intermittent problem. I know that sites get busy and can't handle the traffic some times, but this seems most of the time. I was beginning to wonder about computer signals, but I'm not having trouble else...

    OT--Trouble accessing site

Is there any one else having trouble accessing this site? I was having trouble a couple of days before the 29th and then was able to get on the 29th and this is the first time I've been able to get on since them. Has the site been having trouble or is it just me? I visit dailey and I get...

    Smilies--how do you???

It was ask on another thread, thought it might not be answered there, so how do you put the smiley at the end of your sentence or in the middle or where ever. Mine usually end up at the beginnig of the topic and I would like it somewhere in the thought I'm writing. So there are two of us at least...

I think I must have been pushing too hard, but didn't think so. I was conscious of trying not too. I was using #7 RV, it is the largest blade I have at the present time. My speed may have been to slow, I don't know. I don't really...

  • Problem=Cutting correct-Top, larger underneath

I am using the 3/4" plywood for the fish exercise as I use on the cat. The fish cut real nice, had real good sharp points as per lesson. When finished I could not retrieve the fish. My husband finally took a small mallot to push the fish out the underside.

    The top cutting was...
