Those look great Rolf. I liked those too. But so far, all I've gotten done is get the patterns printed out.
I see lots of other nice looking work in the background of those photos as well. I'll be interested in seeing some you might turn. One day I'll see about hubby teaching me to turn maybe....

Hi Patsy and welcome. You would have one of the smaller saws at 16”. There are bigger saws that will allow for bigger projects. I’m not sure of all the sizes but I believe there are some up to 30”.
One way people cut bigger projects on smaller saws is they learn to use spiral blades....Leave a comment:

You are off to a good start Jim. You have definitely outlined many of the proper things that hold true for most all lasers, especially Diodes. That’s a nice idea. I did something similar. I use test tubes. I have gotten them at times and they have often had different colored lids so one day I had the bright idea to use the colors to differentiate the. “Brands” of blades. Fortunately I only have a few brands so I had enough different...Leave a comment:
