    Onieda Dust Deputy

    Love my Dust Deputy.
I have it hooked to my Delpt P20 and the dust removal is awesome. Hooked to my Ryobi 3100 table saw and it works great. Bought a ShopVac floor sweeper and....

Bought a couple of ShopVav's 'Industrial' hose kits but I need some more adapters. ShopVav doesn't...

Clean the holder with alcohol. Then if the blade still slips, some light pass with sandpaper will get rid of the glaze on the holder

    Delta P 20 Questions

Getting ready to make some clocks for Christmas and have a coup[le of questions.

The saw was vibrating pretty bad and I fixed it by tightening the upper arm's oil cup.

Question How tight should the arm pivot screws be tightened?

    Broke the tensioning bolt...

Got my copy a week ago. I really like the challenging projects like the Windmill clock, the Scrollsaw Aid and the Christmas ornaments. I'll probably cut them all.

Love to make the Birds & Blooms Wall Basket, but.... It really bugs me when pattern creators put all the wood grain...

This age old problem is right up there with Bill Cosby's question, "Why is there air?" His answer was "to fill volley balls". Everyone has had the problem and everyone has agonized with how to solve it. You will have to "look within yourself" to find the solution....

I work in my single-car garage with the door fully open and the window near the saw open. Folks that work in closed spaces should use a mask.

When I need to I can turn on the Jet shop filter and a filtered box fan or wear a NIOSH dust mask...

The dust collection port that is built into the P20 is in an awkward spot for me for some reason. I need to use both hands to put the blade into the lower blade holder since I use mainly 2/0 or #1 blades and the hose gets in the way of my right hand. I even out a 45 degree adapter on it and it still...

I'm probably the one that posted the vac setup. The one pictured is the one a gentleman from Utah came up with.

On my setup, the upper hose comes from a T fitting at the back of the saw. I went to the Big Box store and they had a large selection of clear tubing. I matched the OD of...

    Hot Melt Glue and Tape

Love the suggestions about using hot melt glue, tape and nails for stack cutting.

The problem with the tape and hot melt glue is that there is no support for intricate cuts in the middle of the pattern.

I use the nail trick - being...
