Hey Shawn,
Welcome back my friend! I've missed you. While I'm not with the magazine any more, I stop in often. Right now, we're all hanging out at home. With two littles with compromised immune systems, plus my wife who had her speen removed a few years ago, the risk is just too great. I'm getting...

Grobet, because we are an industrial supplier, will be open and shipping with a reduced staff. Many of us are working from home. I'm also taking some time to shoot some how-to videos, and rewiring my shop, showing the kiddos some essential home-owner skills.

No, the artwork was designed before I joined the company. I'm working on new artwork.
I'll see if we can source LED lights with two light settings.

I have tried both, and I find that the LED creates more eyestrain with the light glaring off the white paper pattern. It's less on my Pegas saw because of the black table, but on saws with bright metal tables, it's compounded.

They're coming from Asia, and between the Corona Virus and Chinese New Years, it's hard to nail down a date right now. Some folks return after Feb. 10 from Chinese New Year celebrations, so I should know more then....

Our suggested list price on the larger tables is $82.95. The overall length of the table goes from about 23" to 27", and the width remains about the same. But the distance from the blade to the front of the table goes from about 4-1/4" to about 7-3/4" (they give the measurements...

Kevin,
The Pegas saw will fit on the EX stands. We haven't changed the configuration/position of the feet. Your foot switch will also work (as long as it's not a variable speed switch).

Full Disclaimer--I'm the national sales manager for Pegas Woodworking products, so you know I'm going to suggest the Pegas. Our saw comes with the Pegas Blade Chuck Heads, a beefed up chassis, and technical support from me.
That said, here are some things to be aware of with the other saws...

Thanks everyone. A quiet day at home with the family and a new video game.
(dgman--I"ve already got a Pegas Scroll Saw and a Pegas Scroll Band Saw, so I can't get any better than that!!!)

If it's the Delta that looks like a DeWalt, unfortunately, no. That stand is basically a triangle, and you need a rectangle to attach the Pegas Saw. I do suggest the stand because it helps to reduce the vibration. Plus, if you decide to sell your Delta, you can get more if you sell it with the stand....

We are working on getting the 16" and 30" Pegas here in the U.S. The factory determines who gets the rights to sell the different models in different areas.

Rolf,
I have to check. I suspect the holes are in different locations for the 16" saw from the 21"
Tony,
Our coating is very different from the EX coating. I've been using my saw for over a year (doing my own cutting, my kids cutting, and having it on the show floor...
