The motor that came with the saw when I bought it is an AC 1/3 H.P 1725 rpm 60 HZ. 115 V. I asked Bushton for the specs. on the original motor but they won't, or can't tell me. I don't...

Thanks for the info about the spring. I do have the manual for the saw that came with it when I bought it. I have contacted Bushton about the motor. I specifically asked, "I may need to replace the AC motor that came with the saw when I purchased it.What motor should I use to replace it?"...

I'm also trying to find a replacement motor for the saw. I can't find any info on the motors voltage, H.P. etc. I don't have the original motor. This Model 226-M looks like and older Model

I purchased a user rbi Hawk 226-m scroll saw that needs the tension spring in the back. The manufacturer is currently out of them. Can anyone give me info as to the size or specs of the spring that's used on this saw?
