    I used veneer to enhance some of my scrollsaw projects. I did use the scrollsaw to cut the veneer. My biggest challenge was to make sure that thin piece of wood did not bend while cutting. I ended up sandwiching the veneer between several pieces of cardboard to get around that issue. I did set my scrollsaw...

    Very nicely done!!!!
    At a rumage sale 20 yrs ago, I bought a ship model very similiar to the one that you completed. Lets just say that mine is a little more unassembled than yours....

    replied to Blade coming loose too often
    The blades sometimes have a thin layer of oil. This may cause the blade to slip out of the clamp. Sanding the end of the blade should help with this, but you may also have to clean off the blade clamp and thumb screw....
