Instead El Dia de Las Madres for us is today, 10th May, so I will be taking Norma out for a meal somewhere later in...

Hi Scott - good to hear that you got sorted out with the fridge despite the additional plumbing work. It happens

I couldn't agree more with your comment regarding the medical technology advancement that Jane is experiencing. Although my last bout under the knife was only a partial knee...

Hi Scott - best wishes to Jane and I hope she is soon able to use the new knee to good effect and chase you around.

  • Update at 28 Apr -

Boy, this project is dragging on!
I was press-ganged into taking some time out since my last update due to birthdays, Norma on the 22nd and mine on the 15th. Norma complained as usual that she is growing old - aren't we all? - I got up and completely forgot it was...

There were some techniques I've not seen before such as scorching the flower petals and vacuum assisted glue up, Btw - that vacuum table is almost as big as my shop extension...

  • Nice one Scott! - an appropriate and good choice of a song title and I guess that like me you can remember it coming out.

Yesterday we had our first major rainstorm since well before Christmas which has literally put a dampener on some outside work I had planned but the good news is...

    Too funny Carole

I've never really considered getting a haircut as being daring except maybe once when I contemplated getting my hair cut in an open air village market in southern Ethiopa where the 'barber' was using a pair of shears which I am sure were borrowed from a sheep farmer!...

Yes! - Today I got my second dose of the vaccine so I am now officially Pfizerized! This time around the local government did a much better job of organizing where and when to get the shots and opened up 5 smaller vaccination centers around the city instead of the previous one large one for the first...
