  • Rare wood available for carving

I have highly figured White Birch root burl available. It has birds eye, curly, and velvet grain all in one with color variation from brown to yellow to blue streaks and some orange streaks. There is some spalting in some areas. Pictures are available if interested. This is very difficult wood to obtain because the entire root base has to be hand dug. Is this something you would be interested in?

The only normal activity, whatever she can tolerate, but she is not allowed to swim due to the risk of infection. She will still have to keep icing...

I will chime in on this discussion. I was a test cutter up until I could not because of Covid. They have not contacted me since. I still subscribe to the magazine, but there maybe one pattern I might cut in each issue.

As for Bob, I tried to contact Bob to no avail.
