Cut from a scrap piece of 1/2" ply backed with 1/4" luan.
A little more detail painting and a couple coats of spar urethane and he's ready to hang

Mike I cut the pieces as you would for segmentation and set the height I wanted with spacers. For me that's faster than bevel cutting. Then I just blended and shaped everything rough with a Dremel drum sander then softened sharp edges with a Dremel flap wheel and then finished by hand sanding.Originally posted by Stefang View PostMay the wind at you back .....
