  • Custom piece Ingrid

    Cut in 1/4" 3ply birch stained cherry, backer is 1/4" luan.
    Frame is from a pine the wind blew over in back of the house last year, stained english chestnut.
    There is one coat shellac and 4 coats clear satin acrylic. I'll wipe it all with 400 and give it a last coat of clear. I have to re-do the turn buttons. Two of three split.
    The last pic is stacks of 1/8" BB with patterns ready for pendant and earring sets for the SPCA.

        Well ... I am SO glad we tempered our enthusiasm. Show is cancelled. Apparently, things did not go as planned. Maybe next year.

        Got to hospital at 5 and office didn’t open until 5:30. Could have slept to 4 instead of 3. Right knee replacement. Surgery was at 7, he was awake and up by 10:30, pt and out the door by 12. Not much to do today except take meds, and walk 10 minutes an hour. His knee has to bend back to 120 deg. Due...
