Very nice job on all of them. Thank you for the pictures you did a great job with those also. In future do the inner veining and fine stuff first.
Also once you remove the paattern only you will know.

Christmas Gifts for family
Have followed the forum for many months now and have picked up many tips and techniques.
This is the first time I have posted pictures on the forum so I hope they work.
I cut these patterns in the last few days as presents for family - 6mm ply.
The Christmas Bell pattern (Sue Mey Pattern) was going great until I broke the pattern cutting the veins in the leaf above the letter 'R'. I don't think it detracts too much but being a perfectionist I decided to keep this one on my own wall rather than gift it.
I cut each pattern singularly and they certainly gave me plenty of practice cutting curves!
After I took the pictures I tried my first stack cutting - the 'christmas tree with baubles pattern' (Steve Good) and it came out good so from now on it will be stack cutting all the time.
May I also wish all forum members a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.Tags: None

Reply to Bigger Projectsby Chance13I have a 20" Delta that I made Judy''s "Hidden Forest" with. Took me all of 9 months of trying to find the right wood, etc.
You could use a 16" saw as you can break down the pattern and pieces into smaller sections.
I won a best of show ribbon with it.

Reply to Just playing!by BadBobI found these in an old scroll saw magazine a couple of years ago. Sorry, I can't tell you any better than that. It occurs to me that I should start documenting the source of my patterns.Yesterday, 08:05 AM
