Gifts for Son and Daughter almost done

plaques are 1/8" bb stained cherry and frames are cherry with english chestnut stain. There are 2 coats of clear shellac and 3 coats of clear acrylic on them. I'll knock it back with 400 and give the 2-3 more sanding to 400 between coats.
The stand is pine and will be stained and or burned to darken it. There will be more detail added. If I have time I want to make a rope walk and make the rope for trim.

I was wondering about the assembling , but it is OK now ! wood glue on all 13 rows ?
What peoples do with that basket ,is it fragile ?

On Scroll Village they have a Ornaments for Charity Book. Free to download but they do request you make a donation to a charity.

In the book there are 27 compound ornament pattern in the book. If you are interested I do have and index of the 2 books in xcel.

So sorry for your loss. 🙏🙏. Fox Chapel Publishing has a number of books written by Diana Thompson. In my opinion she was the queen of compound designer. Ironically she passed away a couple years ago.
