The basic shape is a pattern from Steve Good a long time ago. It just turned out to be a great pattern to freestyle from. Thanks Steve

( it fits the tape) by however long you want 8-9 inches.
I'll cut 2" strips and cut them to length and mix or match woods when I need to make one. Just place your text on the outer pieces close and leave enough room to do some shaping.
I do most of the shaping with a one inch belt sander. From this point I don't worry about perfection. I prefer they look like they have been used for 100 years than newly produced.

I didn't care for the first one came out so I'm doing them over.
Outside are Cherry and the center is poplar.
She also ordered a 3rd pull.Tags: None
