    I only did 2 projects in the last year and now I'm going through withdrawals..I've been trying to think of something cool to make and I keep getting reminded that I haven't made anything for my youngest grandson. He's 3 years old and he thinks he's iron man so the project fits my needs.....

    The wide pieces are birch we got from Home Depot. The narrow ones are from my wood supplier. Home Depot is $50, my supplier is $82 which is totally void free. HD has done voids but is good enough for back pieces.

    Thought I would start a new title. These pictures are the back/inside pieces of 3,4,&5 with one coat of finish. Wait until you see the other side. It is so pretty. Rolf, Bruce admitted overkill on the pocket screws. Let's see how many he eliminates....

    As Bruce is driving from one beach to another, I'll try to explain. When you cut your puzzle, make a small entrance hole to cut out the outline of the puzzle. Take that piece of waste, place on a 1/8 plywood, put your wood back into the frame raised up with some washers, etc. I then use a 1/4"...
