    Phew! This was a project. Things were going along fine until we got a 1/4" plywood for the door, which isn't. This wasn't cheap plywood either. We got it from our supplier and it was even less than 7/32. Drove SLRA nuts!!!! He glued 2 pieces together as the backside of the maple plywood was yellow,...

    Extending the blue beyond to the letters would have been much easier I wouldn't have had to tape it off and painted it twice ( blue and white). The next one maybe I'll do that and the stars gold instead of white....
