I have to say this will be a slow starting project.
I'm still working on the house getting it ready for Mrs.Trout's 50th Birthday party that will be at the end of March and a BIG camping trip the first of April so I'm getting everything ready early! I have a 3 day weekend coming up and I sure would like to spend it working on the bike but I already have plans to take on the biggest room yet...

the bike in the picture is made out of Wedge wood and Oak, I haven't quite decided on what woods I'm going to be using yet...
the measurements for the bike is 11 inch long, 5 1/2 wide and 7 inches high...

I think I'll be sneaking into the shop tonight and start on something..

.......does OCC (Orange County Choppers) know about your upcoming project?
They may not like the competition......
I hope you will start a WIP, we just love to watch you work (play) in the shop.

after the party I have to get the camper and boat ready for a 5 day stay at the lake...

come the second week in April I'm going to be a cutting and sanding fool!

Reading these replies, I am still trying to figure out what the problem really is. I haven't noticed changes in how they publish recently and I don't think I ever had trouble making copies of of the patterns I want to cut.

How did you copy the patterns 10 years ago? What has changed?...

I am very glad to hear this and that Fox will look into the issue. Hopefully, they can do some things to try to make it easier to copy patterns.

First I didn't mean to stir up a hornet's nest. Sorry for that. I will share that Kaylee Schofield reached out to me after my post (not sure if this forum or Facebook. From my past experience with her, she cares. I do believe she will address this issue. I do not think she is the type of person...

I think that it important for any business to keep track of what their customers are concerned about. If a business ignores such things, they will suffer in the long run. Ignoring comments in your own forum or not replying to emails is not a good strategy. Good companies are always on the lookout...

                          Thanx Rolf. I also found a package of Olson 3/0 blades I had. They are 33TPI x .008T x .022W
I’m guessing that’s their equivalent of a puzzle blade since they don’t sell one specifically labeled as such....
