  • Car/Truck Toy Patterns

    Hi All

All this talk about cars and wheels makes me want to go make some right now. Do any of you good folks have any simple patterns that you can share or know of any good websites for patterns? I have a few patterns but I'd like to get some new ideas for this coming year. My woodworking club makes toys for under-priviledged kids and I want to make new shapes for next year instead of the same ones that I have been making for the past couple of years. I'd like to keep them simple since I'll have to paint and put them together myself.

    Any advice on this?

    Thanks
    A novice woodworker

Go to Steve Good's web site the Scrollsaw Workshop and I think that there should be some sort of pattern that you'll like and can use ...............MB

The best pattern is your own mind. so 1st you should to analyze by your own mind and then try it by yourself....This is recommended to you.

Simple Plans for cars / trucks, etc.

Have have some of my own design which are shaped from lengths of 3 1/2" x 1 1/4" wood, ( lumber ).
There's a toy car set of 4 vehicles, & a toy truck set of 6 assorted trucks. Actual size plans, available in hard copy only by S-L-O-W Airmail delivery.
Also have another set of 8 assorted trucks which are also reasonably simple to make, and paint.
