If you can't get Old Masters Pickling white poly gel locally it is available by mail order from Judy Gale Roberts at Judy Gale Roberts Intarsia. It provides a beautiful white finish and allows the grain to show through. I use it a lot.

Old Master's Pickling White stain is fantastic for a white stain! Carter Lumber in Mogadore, near you, carries it. Not sure if Hartville carries it.

I have a question I just bought a back issue of Scroller and Santa is in it ( issue # 37 ) so what stain do u use on the white to get that smooth finish? Its awesomeTags: None
