  • 1/4" hard maple

If I needed a special wood for a project I used to get it from Wildwood Designs. With all the negative posts on Wildwood I've seen, can anyone recommend another source? All I need is one 1/4" x 6" x 24".

I've ordered from all the following sites with great results from all of them.
    http://www.ocoochhardwoods.com/
    http://www.sloanswoodshop.com/hardwoods.htm
    http://www.memphishardwoodlumber.com/

However I did notice it seems Sloans is currently out of stock on your required size.

If you like you can do your own search here.http://www.woodfinder.com/
    Hope this helps.

Here's a great choice for some crazier exotics and domestics www.Lumberlady.com
I have also used memphis and they are good.
Ocooch was at a show i went to and they were cheeper than I pay here locally. I bought maple from them super cheap.

Jim, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the left you’ll find some style options that change the font size and color. I’ve been using Defalt vB5 Style, and it seems to be about the best for my iPad, but I’m still experimenting with my iMac.

Hi - This is my first visit to the forum in about 3 weeks and I was surprised to see the font size so large after checking on two different browsers on my PC, namely Chrome and Edge. Both my browsers are set to 100% view and other sites look fine on my 27" monitor. Also the forum looks far too...
