  • Free wood just pay for the shipping

I am a wood worker with a fairly consant supply figured wood. I generate a fair amount of thin and small figured pieces. It would be easier for me to burn them but I thought I would offer them up for you guys. The price is 9.50 to cover shipping in a flat rate box and paypal fees. Or I can send a large package through ups. The types of wood is quite variable from curly maple, maple burl, camphor burl, buckeye burl, afzelia burl, amboyna burl and many others. Sizes vary but I try and throw out unusable pieces and just keep the better pieces. I am a woodworker and just want to find a good home for the wood. You can contact me at [email protected]

A nice generous offer. Where are you located? And if someone is close enough, is picking it up instead of shipping an option? Dale

Ohh that curly maple! That reminds me, I need to get myself a nice piece for a dragon project.

Hi folks - I really feel sorry for you people north of the border.

        Hi all -

Around the beginning of year I mentioned in a post that I was looking at ways to extend my existing workshop space to give me room to accommodate a midi lathe I had bought and to also allow me to undertake smallish carpentry projects in addition to scrollsaw work. Well, I finally
