I make some earrings that my daughter (and others) insists looks like bacon. She now says I need to make some eggs to go with them! So - is there any wood out there that is a bright yellow??? I need something for the yolk.

Yellowheart wood or as it is called Pau Amarello. It is an exotic. Cuts real well and mills nicely. Stays yellow and get a deeper yellow with aging. I use it alot for accenting. Here is a link to see it and its properties. Realitvely inexpensive.
