I'm looking for someone who sells metal die-cast wheels, 3" in diameter with 12 spokes, which are typically used for making miniature Amish buggies. My local store no longer carries them, and the owner refuses to let me in on who his supplier was. Please help! Thanks.

Chuck34:
1st: Welcome to the board, it looks like this is your first post. I hope you enjoy you visits to this forum.
2nd: I did try to google for your request, which I presume you did also, but I couldn't come up with anything close to metal wheels for a scale model wagon.
Aside: I had no idea there were so many places that sold full size and 1/2 scale model 'western style' wooden wagon wheels for home decorating. It seems these wagon wheels are for hanging on the wall or making wooden deck safety rails out of.
3rd: I did find some wooden scale model wagon wheels, but they were about 1/2 inch less than your 3 inch size. (www.bearwood.com)
Sorry for being no help.

Don’t need the magazine, just...

Reply to Old Tool - Rebornby RolfTony great Job! I had all good intentions of building a setup like that but got lazy. Lots of storage on yours and the router lift really is a must have in my opinion. It makes setup so much easier.
What did you use to make your box joints?...-
