    We are all looking for that ultimate source of wood!

    This maple is one of the oldest in British Columbia. It is protected by the government, as it should be. This tree was a sapling when the pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock. Just to show you the size, the person standing beside the trunk is 5'11. (mind you he is Irish)That would make a whole lot of scrolling

        If you look under his had you will see the silver marker used to tag the tree, You cant even prune this puppy.

          Thanks for the info Denny. When I cut acrylic I always use a skip tooth blade at a slower speed. I just did not realize that the epoxy would cut the same way as acrylic so I followed the materials list in the article.

          OK folks, picture. I finally figured out how to upload a picture. Here is one each of my version of the oak and cherry boxes. Note the axle peg holding the top in place but allowing it to move.
