I just bought an older Delta 40-540 scroll saw and it is missing the special combination allen wrench / positioning pin tool that allows you to replace the lower part of the blade. I can loosen the lower clamp by using a separate allen wrench and a separate pin but the tool would be easier. The usual parts replacement stores and Delta themselves don't carry this wrench any longer. I can design my own tool if needed but what else would be an alternative? Are there any replacement chucks such as the Pegas type that could be used or? Any thoughts?

NC Scroller - it's a little hard to take photos of the blade clamps so I'll attach photos from the Delta 40-540 instruction manual.

Scrollerpete -- I'm trying to contact Denny at Artcrafters but on his site he has two Pegas clamp kits and the second which implies it only fits a Delta 40-694 which is a much newer Delta scroll saw. I'll keep trying via phone.
Thanks to both of you,
Cheers, Roy
