I bought one shortly after they first came out.....i had some hi expectations, but after a couple of months of use i found that for the price a plain old jig saw was just as useful and with the extra cost of any of the add-ons was just not worth the cost........mine had a lot of viabration, tried all kinds of ways to make it jiggle less but to no avail.
especially when useing the wall mount....after about an hours use my hands tingled for about 20 minutes or so.....ended up giving it to a relative.........says he likes it, but just doesn't find it THAT usefull either. seemed to cut well.........just was a waste of cash on my part.

I have one and I really like it. I use it in place of my small band saw. I have not experienced any vibration with it. It won't replace the scroll saw though. I find it to be a very useful tool.WisEl

Glad your touch/retail therapy was beneficial for you Betty.
Scott, I am so sorry to ear that you and your wife have both had to fight through Covid. I hope this means that you are both on your way to healing, if a bit slowly....-
