Has anyone received and used the Bishop Clamp system? It looks like a nice unit to have for intarsia projects.

I saw it once at one of the shows, but never used one.
It reminds me of a math problem figuring out where to put the appropriate pressure. I always thought about building something like this.
Instead I bought a Kreg mobile project center. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JA6GmC5fnMI
And Santa brought me a couple of these https://www.kregtool.com/store/c29/b...in-line-clamp/ . I thought they would be flimsy but I was wrong.

        Thanks for the update Rolf.
I contacted them and they said they would be at the Dubuque show last weekend, but they did not show up.
Their phone number had a message for one to leave a message and they would get back to you.
Are they having problems with production or something?

I have been a staunch supporter of the Hawk brand since I bought my G4 in 2005. That said I am not sure what is going on with them.
Most of what I hear is second hand so take it with a grain of salt. To the best of my understanding, they are a small family run company that has multiple business. I think that SS production may be on the short end of the list.
If anyone has something to add please do.
          .
