have had this saw for awhile with no problems,, today i turned i went to use it ,and it has a bad tapping noise coming from inside the casing near the tension adjuster, and when i saw it seems to labour and sounds strange and vibrates like made, any ideas on what has happened,,,, it is oiled regularly,

Maybe the counter weight came loose on the motor shaft. That happened to me on my old delta. All of the set screws were loose and threw the whole saw out of balance.
Locktite and lithium grease on all the joints and it still runs like a charme.
