I have a 788 that is just shy of a year old and the blade, when I am sawing, looks like a front tire on 49 Ford that is out of balance any advice?

Did you remember to set the tension? Also try adjusting the set screws so that they do not bend the blade while being screwed in and insures that you cut the same on top as on the bottom of your wood. A little of center isn't the end of the world(to me at least, others would go nuts over it), just watch out if it gets to close to the table and starts cutting it.
