Ryobi Drillpress

Hello Everyone
I need some help on this one.
10" Ryobi drillpress it runs Counterclockwise(drill bits gos backward) not Clockwise dos anyone
knows how to fix this ?

Sounds like the starter Capacitors could have gone bad. Someone on one site says to spend the chuck the correct way and then try and start the drill press.

Never heard of this thing before.

You can sometimes find one with the same ratings at an HVAC supply house, but often the tool manufactures these days use a specially made one which is next to impossible to match anywhere else. Dewalt did that to me with their 8" bench grinder, so instead of it being just a common $5.00 replacement start cap, it was a special order $23.00 plus shipping extravaganza instead.
