  • Momentary or Maintained Type Foot Switch

    So, I've been looking into adding a foot switch to control my saw and was wondering which type to use. Do most users generally prefer the momentary type ["Dead Man"] switch that you have to keep depressed with your foot to operate the tool or the maintained type foot switch that you just tap once on and off?

        No problem at all. Redundant posts can be beneficial to those who don't necessarily hang out in the particular forum where the question was originally posed. Only reason I even remembered the other post was that it was so recent.
