  • Should I Wax My Dewalt?

The old scroll saw that I used to use got a rusty surface in my garage. I read about people waxing cast iron scroll saws. Should I do this on my new used DeWalt?

Yes, use Johnson paste wax with no silicone...silicone will stain your wood.

I used wax paper for a long time. Then I decided to try the Johnson's paste wax. It really works well, lasts a long time and makes the table slicker than slick. (tried to be good and not say anything bad LOL) I'm a believer.
