The old scroll saw that I used to use got a rusty surface in my garage. I read about people waxing cast iron scroll saws. Should I do this on my new used DeWalt?

I used wax paper for a long time. Then I decided to try the Johnson's paste wax. It really works well, lasts a long time and makes the table slicker than slick. (tried to be good and not say anything bad LOL) I'm a believer.

I have never waxed mine and have had no problems with material movements .......MBUsually busier than a cat in a sandbox !!!!!!!!!!! MB { Dewalt 788 only }Comment
