Try the "Superior Puzzle Blades" from Flying Dutchman. They don't specify a size per se, but should be around 0/2.

I would think the superior puzzle blades would be your best option as they are designed exactly for what you are doing. Perhaps you are feeding the wood to the blade a bit aggresive, maybe causing your blade to flex and snap, or the blade flex enough to hit your saw table, that would certainly cause it to break. Where are you breaking the blades? If its in the bladeholder, try tuning up your blade holders, make sure theres no sharp edges in there.Dale w/ yella saws

by jim_mexSorry Scott - I’ll not be travelling so far north on this trip. I only sold Norma on the trip by telling her that travelling to Atlanta was half the distance than going to Rocky Mount!
