blade size for puzzle cutting

Try the "Superior Puzzle Blades" from Flying Dutchman. They don't specify a size per se, but should be around 0/2.

I did try the flying dutchman puzzle blade but Iseem to brake them very easy

I would think the superior puzzle blades would be your best option as they are designed exactly for what you are doing. Perhaps you are feeding the wood to the blade a bit aggresive, maybe causing your blade to flex and snap, or the blade flex enough to hit your saw table, that would certainly cause it to break. Where are you breaking the blades? If its in the bladeholder, try tuning up your blade holders, make sure theres no sharp edges in there.

thanks for all the input i slowed down my feed rate and the blades are cutting fine................pete
