Excalibur scoll saw

Hi
I have a 16in excalibur scroll saw model # ex-2 it was given to me but i have no blades for it. What do they look like and where can i buy them or order some I am new to wood working.

Glen, welcome to the forum.

There are a number of different sources for blades. Probably the 2 most popular brands are Flying Dutchman and Olson.

Most folks around here swear by Flying Dutchman blades from Mike's Workshop.

Any blade on that site will work on your saw. A general good blade to start with is: the: FD-SR No. 5. I would also get the sampler pack which will let you try various blades and also includes the #5.

If you want to buy Olson blades from a Canadian supplier, you can try here . I buy my Bandsaw blades from this site but havenever tried the scroll saw blades. Enjoy your sawing.
