Has anybody used the Proxon scrollsaw? I see the ad in magazines and often wondered how it was. I did pnone a local supplier..would have to order it, I think it was over a $100.00 and he wanted me to buy a DeWalt that he had on stock. I wanted it to "take with me" when I went out and about.Bob

Proxon tools
I have seen the saw advertised but have never used it. I have a proxon table saw, a shaper, and a drill press with a milling bed attachment. They are fine little tools but little is the operative word. I don't know how big the scroll saw is but the tools I have by proxon are all scaled down for miniature/model type work. I would guess that the saw is also a scaled down version......but it's just a guess. If it don't fit, don't force it....get a bigger hammer!!
