Here's one I just finished. It's 12 x 13 and has roughly 240 pieces. I think it'll be hard to put together, especially around the houses.

Hope it given you some ideas.

Great job! I think I'll have to master the method of cutting along the lines of color too.

I made up my mind when I started 25 years ago that I wouldn't sell my puzzles. That's made it pure fun with no pressure.
I've made 916 full sized puzzles. I have 700+ left to loan out to people. This doesn't include 90+ Christmas cards each year for the past 20 years. Goodness, that is a lot!

                  Hello Carter,
And then you have people like me sending you calendars to feed your addiction, I mean passion. You work is great. I always look forward to seeing your puzzles.

I have been off the site for a bit. I am pleased as punch that the first puzzle post I see is Carter Johnson. It does my heart good to see another puzzle by one of my scrolling heroes. Wonderful puzzle - as usual - sir!

I know that feeling so well Hank. I have a tendency to overthink things too. I'm going to cut one according to the pattern provided and then experiment with larger versions based on how the first comes out....

I am interested in this also. Thank you Dave for your work and that intriguing triangular bowl. Thank you John, for bringing this up.

I just kept holding them against each other and saw the line one pass at a time. Much like you make an intarsia piece fit, that is off a little bit. These, of course, took many many passes. But it worked out....
