  • Simple Cinderella

    Here's an easy one, designed for children ages 8-12 or so. Color-line cutting worked well with this one and it took less than 2 hours to make.

            Thanks for the kind words Jay. The designers make us all look good when you think about it. Without their vision I would be lost.

            For the most part it all comes down to tension. I was over tensioning all of my 2/0 blades.
            One problem I have is that I changed my upper clamp on my Hawk...

            Bill, I believe you are correct on getting bad blades. I have used 3/0 Spirals a lot and do like them, but I have run into some that I had the same problems you describe. I am convinced, as you, it is bad blades. In my experience flat end spirals, which are not really flat, have made no difference...

            I'm looking forward to your review of spiral blades - not that I'm a wide-eyed, raving, poster-carrying advocate of spiral blades - but I have definitely come to believe that they do occupy a greater chunk of the scroll-sawing blade hierarchy than they are traditionally given.
