Here's an easy one, designed for children ages 8-12 or so. Color-line cutting worked well with this one and it took less than 2 hours to make.

Hope it provides some ideas...... Carter

Are we talking about front to back blade travel? Unfortunately, when you use that back knob you introduce blade travel. Take the arm, and get it back level with the table, usually done by putting an object under the arm and moving it along the arm until the gap is the same at both ends. If you still...

The front legs must have been a little bit tricky. Amazing how something so simple can be so impressive.

For the blade slipping Clean your clamps. The oil from the blade making process makes the clamps slip. I use a small piece of 220 grit sand paper on all my blades and clean the clamp screws a couple times a month. The blade jumping MAY be a miss alignment of the screws used on your clamps. To check...

            Hello fellow ScrollSawers
I think I'm starting to have saw blades problems I have changed 4 different blades on the saw.
when I go to start cutting the blade instead of going straight up & down.
It looks like the blade is jumping back & fourth before it hit the wood .
