uhmm, uhm, uh…mr. bob, the colorin on the horse is from a mishap, due to my first learnin how and what finishin oil to put on a project…i think i put toooooo much tung oil on it, plus left it in a metal shop that got over 115 degrees, least to say, the edges of each piece, of several puzzles i made, had to be re-cut, and finished for a customer, the horse puzzle i had made for my wife, so i just threw it into a re-do box for 'later', so this past w/end, my wife said it was time for the ‘later’ to be finished…long story short, the finish on the horse puzzle is where i’ve sanded the finishin off and hopefully have it ready to be re-dyed…as far as finishin it goes…i think i’ve learned what NOT to do…lol

Love the cat puzzle. My grandaughter would love that being a cat lover. Might make a good birthday present.

Where did you get the cat and penguin group patterns? They're very nice!

If I remember right, those patterns are in the book "Animal Puzzles for the Scroll Saw 2nd Edition". It is a great book with a lot of neat patterns

Very nice work on those puzzles
