  • Winter's Nap

Finally got done with it. Like I said before, it's been over a year since I last did a puzzle and with the 24 broken blades to do this one puzzle, I don't know if I'll do too many until I figure out what's wrong.

Any way, this is a card that Tom Newsom did for the SPCA. I did a little color line cutting and will plan better for the next one.

    Comments and suggestions welcome.

Sounds like it was a pain in the rear, Dan, but the puzzle really came out nice. I think you did an excellent job on it!

Good luck figuring out the blade dilemma.

Turned out well too bad about the blade dilemma.

Hang in there. I found with time that I now almost never break a blade so I think you begin to adjust without really understanding the cause for breaking blades.

I forgot to mention the 5000 watt(?) generator his brother gave him. His brother does house remodeling and lots of times people give him “stuff” just to get rid of it. Bruce had to drain the gas, change the fuel lines and some other minor things for $35 and it starts on the first pull....

This is his $40 haul. The paint bush was never used. He cleaned up the grinder. He added up all the attachments and brand new everything would be almost $800. This was their yearly tool swap. Every month members bring things they don’t need and swap smaller items. Even scrap wood. Anything 5”x5”...

Where are you located in England? I was at RAF Lakenheath back in the early 70's and bought my 70 TVR Vixen, which I still have. I absolutely loved my time there.!...
