Try not cutting typical puzzle pieces.Just cut whatever you fell like cutting,It's really a lot of fun.I don't know if his video is still on You Tube but check out John of Custom Cut Puzzles.Every piece he cuts is like a work of art.

I've done a few of those. This person got a diagonal cut with 402 pieces (consequently all the outside "frame" pieces were triangles that didn't connect with each other except in the corners). She cussed me out the whole time she was putting it together, but she loved it!...

Try cutting one on the diagonal once. Did that to nephew once. He never said anything again....

Jim, the person I made this for made the mistake one time to chide me for making my puzzles too easy! Too much time to think about the cut pattern now 🤣...

That might be just a bit hard to put together. Getting a bit devilish in your isolation!

Rolf, I overlay the puzzle with clear Con-tact shelf liner so I can draw a grid on it.. That way I can keep the columns and rows relatively straight, and the Con-tact lifts off without leaving a residue....

#6 in my Norman Rockwell baseball themed covers series. Decided to put a little different spin on this one by cutting the locks into the edges. Adds a degree of difficulty trying to define the border.

    Overall 8"x10" Puzzle 6"x7"...
