  • Packaging idea???

Because I have had so many positive comments about the 3D ornaments I have made for myself I decided to cut some for a couple up coming craft fairs. These are the Diane Thomas designs. The designs called for 1 1/2" stock but I reduced them by 1/3 to fit on 1" stock. They are delicate.

I have no issues getting them to the event. How would you package them for a customer to take away? I do not want them to break.

How about a picture so we can see what you are dealing with.
This is an outfit that I buy all of my ornament boxes from. They may have something that fits your needs. We think putting my ornaments in nice boxes made a significant difference in our sales.

I either use a bit of tissue paper or just a small lunch brown paper bag.

I agree with Janette. I wrap everything that is fragile in tissue paper I get at the dollar store. The just give them a plastic "T" bag. I save these from my local stores and re-use them, customers appreciate the recycling and a few have said so.

Thanks for the link Rolf. I usually use a T bag from the supermarket or the clear ones from the veggie department. Recycling is always a plus.
